Return & Exchange Policy

At Tycove, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help! Please read our Return & Exchange Policy below for more details on how to return or exchange your items.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• We accept returns and exchanges for items that are unused, unworn, and unwashed.
• All original tags and labels must be attached to the item.
• Returns must be made within 7 days from the date you received your order. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a return or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards
• Intimate apparel or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer support team at support@tycove.com or through our Contact Us page to request a return authorization.
2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
3. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.
4. Pack the item securely, including the original receipt or packing slip, and ship it back to us at the address provided.
Please note: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, or we made an error in your order.

4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original item for a refund. We cannot guarantee that an exchange will be available, especially for limited stock or sale items.

5. Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for you to return the item, and we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on availability.

7. Sale Items
Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged.

8. International Returns
For international orders, the return process may vary. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and any customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process. Please contact our customer support team for further assistance.
