We offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy from the date of delivery, with an additional 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us.
We also provide reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, irrespective of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual item.
Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment after these attempts, you will be required to send the shipment back to our company address. Reverse pick-up is subject to the availability of this service in your area pin code.
For COD orders, a store credit will be provided within 1-2 working days from the day of return pickup, which will be sent to your registered email address or contact number.
Please ensure that the product(s) are returned in the same condition as they were shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund will not be provided.
Allow 7 days for the return to be processed and for the amount to be reflected in your bank account.
PLEASE NOTE:
Refunds or bank transfers are only applicable for prepaid orders or online payments made on our website. Payments made with the COD option will receive store credit equivalent to the amount paid, which can be used anytime.
Reward points or store credits are not refundable and are only redeemable on our store. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellations are only possible until the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
To maintain strict hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on certain product categories, including but not limited to accessories, sunglasses, perfumes, masks, and innerwear (e.g., boxers, briefs, trunks). Tycove may, at its discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy applies.
Items purchased as Combos, or any such promotions where free/discounted products are included, will not be eligible for returns.

Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit, and that the ORDER ID and registered mobile number are mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete amount plus INR 100 (in lieu of courier charges) will be refunded to your bank account in the case of prepaid orders, and in the form of store credit (gift card) for COD orders.
PLEASE NOTE:
We request that you do not use The Professional Couriers for self-return as they are not reliable and the package may not be accepted at the warehouse. Ensure that your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India-owned entity with the most widely distributed postal network in India.
Bank account details provided by the customer are final, and any error in the details provided will not be the responsibility of the brand.

The customer is obligated to take utmost care of the product(s) while in their possession, including all product instructions, documents, and wrappings, and to return the product(s) in the same condition as received.
In cases where the customer believes that the product does not conform to the standards at the time of delivery, they should promptly contact us via DM on Instagram: @tycove or on WhatsApp with details of the product and its damage within 1 day of receiving the products. The customer will then receive instructions from us.
Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via email within a reasonable period. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day we confirmed via email that the customer is entitled to a refund.
